This standout single origin coffee comes from the celebrated Finca Nueva Granada Estate in San Marcos, Guatemala. Sourced from the Monte Flor section of the farm estate, only hand-picked cherries are processed with precision and respect for tradition. This washed coffee offers a beautifully balanced cup with layered sweetness and vibrant clarity.
 
Finca Nueva Granada is one of Guatemala’s most respected coffee estates, nestled on the rich slopes between towering volcanic peaks in the San Marcos coffee growing region, known for fertile volcanic ash soils and consistent quality. This lot comes from the Monte Flor block of the farm, where meticulous harvesting and fermentation techniques highlight natural sweetness and varietal expression.
