Description
Our Brazil MC Decaf is for people who want a familiar, satisfying coffee profile without the caffeine. The Brazilian coffee gives a naturally smooth base with cocoa, praline and caramel character.
 
The coffee is decaffeinated before roasting using the MC process. Green coffee is softened with water before methylene chloride selectively removes caffeine. The beans are then washed and dried before being sent to us for roasting.
 
What to expect in the cup
Smooth cocoa, praline and caramel flavours with a rounded body and low perceived acidity. It works especially well as espresso and in flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes.

Choose this if you want a classic, chocolate-led decaf that behaves like a familiar everyday coffee rather than tasting thin or overly bright.
